The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around—and all of the staff were pleasant and welcoming. "Great welcome on arrival, the concierge team took care of our luggage for us. Reception staff were very helpful. Smart clean lobby area. Bally in the main bar was thoroughly helpful and kind with advice of points local interest. Restaurants were excellent. Food fresh and plentiful, lots of choice. Lovely suite, spotlessly clean beautiful view from balcony of pool and sea. Security guards are fantastic, they look after the hotel and guests so well. Cannot fo enough for you. The gardeners beautifully maintain the pool & gardens. Will return."

"The hotel is small but located ideally right next to Monkey hill with a few restaurants a short walk away . Easy to use transport to get into the heart of Hua Hin but also to head towards Pak Nam Pran too . We loved the hotel and staff . The only downside is there are blocks of the apartments opposite over looking the Verso- apart from that it’s a great location "

"amazing place friendly staff, the bathtub is not jetted but a clawfoot tub ( i actually like that better) the decor is amazing and even if some decoration were broken needed fixing ...this is a wonderful place to stay. only issue at check in there was no one there waited over 30 minutes then called the contact number and the owner sent the cleaning lady to do the check in...same thing for checkout other than that the room by the pool is the best one and short walk to the beach probably the best hotel of all the ones i visited in thailand...take thai food breakfast much better tasting and healtier than english breakfast. Would go again for sure"

"The pool is fabulous. The grounds are kept very clean. There is a lounge with a pool table and games. The front staff and friendly and helpful. The rooms in the building are basic and clean. Only thing l would suggest is more comfy beds. "
