"This is a perfect property if you're going to any spring training at Scottsdale Stadium. It is literally a nine minute walk straight down Drinkwater. One of the best parts is it offers a full breakfast at no charge which saves you at least $20-$25 a day per person. This is huge in this area because very few hotels are for you for breakfast."

"Took a flyer on the stay at the apartment complex instead of hotel. Was nervous bc pictures are usually deceiving. It was perfect. Everyone at the complex from check in to neighbors that live there were all just nice and congenial. Within walking distance to great restaurants. And they have a nice hangout area in the 5th floor for a bit of scenic spots pleasure and there’s fire pits that we were able to light. I don’t normally write reviews but for the price I will definitely be back next...

"Great place to stay on a budget. Close to downtown. Top notch customer service, I needed help with transportation and the front desk went out of their way to make sure I got where I needed to be and always had hot coffee in the lobby…that’s huge in my world!"

Plenty of room to chill a backyard setting at the side of the house can go get a tan read, catch air if needed the neighborhood was friendly, didn’t need much of a cleaner since my girl is a clean freak but we definitely seen the cleaner on site and available. Ubers to locations are particularly cheap for the most part. An amazing stay in Scottsdale, I will definitely be back!"
