"I was looking to stay in a place that was easy, comfortable and clean for a quick 2 day trip and I found exactly that here. I loved my stay I didn't have to call the front desk once! Everything was just perfect."

"These has been so far the worst stay on that hotel. The check-in was an accurate no many help from the staff to check in, we got into the room, everything was pretty dirty. Nasty disgusting. There were no towels except one hand towel , they took forever to bring more towels, it was so much chaotic situation trying to get a hold of somebody. Nobody can talk on the phone, you only have to text and figure out things by yourself, no phone in the room to call anyone, pretty much a nightmare that failed that I was on a twilight zone Hotel. For being on Scottsdale, I would have think of something a little better than what it was, too much noise, kids, jumping up on my roof on the next floor up The cleaning is on the place was the worst for the price of the room, I don’t not recommend at all display to anybody Nobody deserves to go through what I went through there I have staying so many different hotels in my life, so far this is one of the worst Do not stay there if you really don’t want to struggle with no proper customer service, and dirtiness all over the place, the couch was pretty stained, dirty everywhere, full of cobwebs. The worst of all"

"Clean room"

"I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons. The hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, trails, and other attractions. It is approximately 16-20 mins from Sky Harbor airport and within minutes of Fashion Square mall. Our room was immaculately clean and spacious. The hotel is lively with impressive amenities such as gym, pool, cabana, bar/restaurant, complimentary bicycle rental, and valet service. I highly recommend reservations for the onsite restaurant Calla because it can get really busy. "

"This particular Check-in staff was poorly trained and not helpful at all. AC noisy with temperature and fan speed hard to regulate. Facility need updating. Had room changed and the AC is only minimally improved. Sleep quality severely impacted and would not stay here again. No complimentary water provided even though I am a Hyatt member. Overall not getting the quality expected from the rates charged for my 4-night stay."

"We arrived late on a Friday night for a 3 night stay. The front office staff member was super helpful and polite. As we entered the room we were very impressed with the amenities. The room comes with a full sized fridge, a microwave, dishwasher, and a wide array of utensils. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room though. There was a dirty shirt and socks left in the room. Also the carpets in our room (165) really need to be cleaned. As for the positives, the breakfast was fantastic. My daughter really enjoyed the chicken and waffles. The eggs and coffee were also really good. Lastly, housekeeping is supposed to come to your room every other day during your stay. During our 3 night stay we didn’t have any visits from housekeeping and we certainly could have used one. All in all for the price, this isnt a bad hotel for an extended stay, but dont have too high of expectations or you will be disappointed. "
