"All was great"

"Enjoyed all aspects of our stay, good room size in the triple room with bathrooms in each; clean, comfortable with a modern feel but still keeping the authentic feel of the building. Staff were polite and informative throughout our stay, in all the reception, breakfast room and restaurant! The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh every morning, constantly being topped up by staff. The staff in general are a credit to this hotel. Overall a fantastic stay in a great location, a bit of a steep walk from Charles Bridge however this didn’t bother us!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience at the Neruda from check-in to check out all was really great. Checked in late as flight was delayed- Christina was so welcoming and friendly. Room 32 was just so beautiful with view onto street and all amenities you need for a short break. Breakfast daily was the most outstanding quality and clean environment I’ve ever encountered! Sadly we were not able to view the spa as they told us it was fully booked for our entire stay which was sad but understandable. I believe there’s a hot tub and sauna in there and it’s situated next door to the hotel. The hotel is located up a hill but it’s gentle and such a gorgeous authentic Czech area that you hardly notice the hill when walking. The location in my opinion was perfect for us. Just below Prague castle and far enough out of centre to be quiet in evening but also close enough to walk everywhere. Only negative was that 2 nights out of 3 I didn’t sleep due to the hotel elevator making noise in our room as was close by but I still loved the hotel."

"We had the most wonderful night! It's a very special, magical & whimsical place. We would have loved to stay longer & will definitely be back :) We had dinner at St. Martin just a few steps down the hill, which was also divine. Highly recommend ♥︎"

"The room was very clean every day, the air conditioning was exellent, the breakfast is the best than I can had. Delicious, and variety of fruits, breads, coffee, juice, everything was perfect."

"The night before arrival, we got a communication asking about our arrival time. We indicated that we'd be there about 1300. The response was to thank us for the updated time and a number was provided to coordinate with the local representative. We did, no response. We arrived as we indicated and waited outside for over an hour and a half! It turns out that during the initial contact we were provided an incorrect number for the local representative. The local rep was apologetic, but the source of the error and miscommunication (Netherlands phone number) was defiant and telling us there is no problem since check in is at 1500. I understand that nominally check in is at 1500, but if we get asked for an updated time AND we receive a thank you AND an acknowledgement of that time, that is POOR communication!"
