"The reception area was closed on a sunday 5pm? The hotel is undergoing renovation with fences all around and a portable toilet outside. Was not even able to get into my room. The phone number on the site did not get any response after dozen of tries. This is probably a good hotel during the school year since its close to the uinversity but for the summer it looks like I was going to be the only guest and was not even able to get in!"

Negative: - Although you pay an extra energy fee, warm water for a shower was not available before 06:30. - Checkout at the evening before leaving took me 20 minutes. That was the time the receptionist needed to print the bill correctly. - Although there is a 24 h service, when leaving early morning, I had to run and search the receptionist to unlock the main entrance. "Das Hotel ist eine klare Empfehlung. Ich hatte ursprünglich die Ruhestörung am 07.12. gemeldet. In der Zwischenzeit hat sich das aber geklärt. Der Hotelbetreiber ist schon mit den örtlichen Behörden im Kontakt, um das zu lösen. Die Ursache liegt nicht am Hotel selbst, sondern wurde durch Dritte verursacht, die gegenüber wohnen.
