"I have stayed in many luxurious hotels all over the globe , including Poland. I love H15 . It's a boutique hotel located in an old renovated tenant's house with an impressive lobby/dining area. Rooms are extremely spacious and i love the whimsical eclectic design. The staff is beyond charming. "

La experiencia en cuanto a planta de la habitación y vistas cambia mucho si tienes la suerte de tener la habitación “dando a la fachada pcpal”. Yo durante mi estancia estuve en una habitación interior y otra a la fachada pcpal y esta última , está muy bien ( las vistas )"
"Die Zimmer sind modern und toll eingerichtet. Auch von unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine sehr große Auswahl und alles, was wir probiert hatten, war sehr lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist fußläufig vom Warschauer Hauptbahnhof und somit gut erreichbar.
Einiziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Zimmer sind ein wenig hellhörig."
"When it comes to customer service, WOW! They really make sure their guests are taken care of. I originally had a two night stay booked but got held up in Lublin. A Polish friend of mine contacted the hotel, spoke with someone and they kindly said no problem, just to let them know when I would be arriving. On my day of check in, I contacted Wojtek to let him know my train had mechanical issues and I was running late. He said no problem. Then once I did get to Warsaw there was an accident near...

"A really good and quiet hotel and excellent value for money. The breakfast was particularly good. The hotel is near a tramline and is well connected to the Old Town and main train station. Take the number 4 tram from the station and get off at Rakowiecka. From there it's a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The number 4 also goes in the opposite direction to the Old Town. I recommend this hotel."
