"Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit großem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten. Der Preisunterschied wurde mir natürlich nicht erstattet. Die Möbel sind schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, eine Tür hatte in der Duschkabine...

"First of all - we paid double via Expedia compared to the couple in front of me (which paid to the hotel directly). Two things about the hotel we liked: breakfast and the pool. The lady that “welcomed” us at the reception was pretty unfriendly; the hotel was really rundown (starts with a dirty carpet when you walk inside from the parking lot, the balcony floor was horrible condition). And worst: the checkout time ist 10:00h am!!!! The same time the pool opens - I can't imagine any worse customer...
