It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone.

Whoever was coordinating with me on WhatsApp was extremely unprofessional (I’m assuming the property owner). They first began with the GPS will not send me to the location of the guesthouse. Come to find out the address on the app was not the address they needed me to go to. They then sent a video instructions on where to get off and how to get to the guesthouse. Which was 30 mins away from the address on this app. When confronted about why the address is different, they changed the address in the app. Upon walking into the guesthouse, there was boxes off over the place, ring cameras on the floor, and a random twin bed in the middle of the walkway. Doors were off their hinges and lights were not working. I ended up finding other accommodations, with not help from the property owner. The guesthouse was not as advertised. Plus it’s way out of the city center. It’s just a terrible establishment and I honestly don’t know how/why they are even on here.

It was totally bad and the owner is really rude . He insulte us and treat us really bad . The room is exetremlly dirty and people smoke weed all the night .I could not sleep and hardly breath there and I had really bad allergy because the cover sheet is dirty and infected .I do not recommend that at all .

1 étoile car nous pouvons pas mettre 0. La personne ne veux pas d’appel et est désagréable par message . Le logement est un taudis , une caméra a l’entrée , ne ressemble au photo , une personne sous substance dans les escaliers ça nous a fait peur nous somme parti , nous sommes également restée bloquer au 16e étage sans l’ascenseur, les environs sont plus que flippant et j’ai du trouver l’adresse seule car la personne avait transmis la mauvaise et en plus de cela quand on a besoin d’aider elle ne répond pas

Horrible expérience. À mon arrivée, l’hébergement était introuvable. Aucun numéro de téléphone, aucun moyen de contacter qui que ce soit. J’ai passé plus de 2 heures à chercher, sans succès, et j’ai failli dormir dehors. J’ai dû payer un autre hôtel en urgence. Service non assuré, argent encaissé malgré tout. Attention pire du pire ça n’existe pas

Je pense qu’il faut non seulement interdire ce genre « d’escroquerie » et faut les poursuivre en justice. Mais quoi encore !!!!! Du foutage de geule. Dans un HLM des lit superposé tenu par des homme de couleur (black-out) ça sent le rat mort. Non mais quoi encore. J’avais pris ça pour un ami, je peux vous dire on est partie en courant. Bande de …… je vais rester poli mais je me retien. Comment on peut autoriser ce genre de lieu !!!!!!’
