"This was a wonderful place to stay. We so enjoyed the history and the beauty of the mansion. Martha made an excellent breakfast every morning and was very kind. The library was a wonderful place to relax in the afternoons and enjoy some quiet time reading. The porches and the outdoor area were also beautiful places to relax. It was very convenient to the downtown area with nice restaurants. I would highly recommend people to stay here when you visit the areas Saratoga Springs."

"We loved our stay and only wish it could have been longer. It's a beautiful space under 15 minutes from the main attractions of Saratoga Springs, but it's like an oasis--beautiful space, very comfortable room with a beautiful bathroom, gorgeous patio to eat customized breakfast, and garden to enjoy. If we had more time we would have enjoyed the trails and more of the outdoor space. We were without a car but had no problems getting Lyfts or taxis to the space, and Alison was a wonderful host. "Our stay was perfect! The staff was lovely, the room was updated and so adorable, the hotel itself is fully stocked (loved the complimentary guest pantry) and hot coffee, tea, cider always available, and breakfast was delicious. It is the perfect location as well! Will certainly be returning!"

The room I had was just as pretty with some antique furnishings, but of course in person you notice that it is an old building. The room was a great size, and I loved the hardwood floors.
