"The location is great and the living room is quite cosy. However, the general condition is quite shabby and could use some maintenance, the shower pressure was very low. Also, the advertised 'free pick-up' is not included, they use COVID as a reason when asked, but I think they should update the listing to reflect that because honestly it was a selling point for us. "Found the area was very quiet and communication was very prompt. The studio was extremely small and not very clean. This space would be ideal for one person and not two, not much room to move around in. Bathroom was extremely small and there was mold around the grout... also got extremely humid after you showered. So for us it wasn't ideal and wont stay here again."
