"Ac wasn’t working, for basically 2 days.
Communication is very difficult, all is done through WhatsApp text and rarely you have a real person on the other side.
They only gave us 2 bath towels and one hand towel, they charge you extra for another set. The unit wasn’t very clean and bed sheets have spots all over. I will not go back !"

"I was not aware that the cleaning fee was charged separately and only learned about it at check-in. I was informed that I would receive the check-in instructions only after making the payment, which was unexpected and did not make for a welcoming arrival experience. "
