"I had a fine stay, but the room wasn’t as nice as typical ibis rooms (I stay in ibis hotels often). The lobby is modern and updated but the room I stayed in needed some updating to match the lobby and typical ibis rooms. "

Tem muita marca de infiltração nas estruturas dos quartos e muita umidade, deixando o ar pesado e com cheiro de mofo. O estado da cama e dos lençois também deixou a desejar. Uma pena pois é bem localizado e tem seu charme, mas precisa de uma reforma. "

"The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and simplistic but dated (especially the mattress), it does look as though they are slowly updating things one thing at a time. The A/C worked well. Limited T.V entertainment (2 channels),no access to platforms such as Netflix etc. "

"Absolutely disgusting . My room has not been cleaned in 3 days !!!!! Not even made the bed !!!! Or changed the towels !! No water supplied . This is a very bad first experience of Brazil. Not happy and will be demanding a refund "
