A pousada Mar de Minas fica 4km fora da cidade com acesso por estrada de terra em boas condições (Set/2025). Sua localização permite ótimas paisagens e contato com a natureza e animais do campo. "Excellent strategic location, easily reachable by car on paved roads. The Pousada is small and quiet, and has a wonderful view of the Serra da Canastra. The rooms are adequately sized, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The town of Vargem Bonita offers various amenities reachable even on foot. Overall, it is an excellent base from which trips can be made further into the national park."
