"A splendid hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of choice at the included breakfast and superb massages in the spa. Lovely spacious and luxurious rooms. You can visit the sister hotel volcano view just across the road, especially for drinks and to watch the view and sunset."

The staff was wonderful in arranging all the transportation that we needed an excursion, such as horseback riding, which was marvelous. The breakfast was sensational. The staff of the restaurant was exceptional. We will definitely come here again."

"We absolutely loved everything about Onyx. The room was beautiful and modern. The pool area is immaculate and many afternoons were spent here as it's incredibly peaceful. The staff were wonderful and helped organise car hire and taxis efficiently. The breakfast was simple but fresh. The location is perfect if you have your own transport but a little bit of a hike to Fira on foot. Local restaurants and coffee spots are worth a visit. No complaints. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone...
