It is quiet and clean, the amenities in the suite were in good repair, it was affordable, there was secure parking for a little extra, it was still affordable. There was a small market around the corner, we walked there every day and felt quite safe. The manager was lovely and helpful and the employees were very courteous.

The apartment was cozy, nice and clean. Exactly as pictured. The building has its own security officer and private entrance door code. Located in great location not too far from SKY Costarena, mall and teleférico. Absolutely gorgeous.

Great Alternative to a Hotel

This is a great place to stay. It is a studio apartment in an upscale apartment building. Everything is new, very clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal; a tree-lined street in a vibrant but safe neighborhood. Many cafes, parks, and restaurants nearby. Metro station is very close. I had Internet issues, but those could have been my equipment. Recommended!

Great apartment for a stay, communication through WhatsApp not email, so keep that in mind when contacting for instructions. Room was brilliant, close to everything, 24 hour security guy downstairs, safe area, close to metro, buses and walking distance to Sky Costanera centre. Small supermarket around the corner for essentials. Room in great condition, comfy bed and pillows. A wee snack basket and water bottles were appreciated, very tidy, compact kitchen and fast elevators. Highly recommend.
