This is like the 5th time my room was not cleaned i am starting to think there is some thing wrong here. I don't understand this. I left at 3am and came back looking to shower and skeep at 3am the next day and the room is not cleaned and no towels. This continues to happen here. The front desk is great and breakfast is good but housekeeping is horrible

The only thing that was bad was no parking. I had to pay to park my car away from the hotel. There were a few spots on the road to that were always full. I drove around 5 times before calling the property. They said no parking. But it said self parking on there listing.

Not a bad option if you just need a place to sleep. Room was fine but there was no service. The only time I interacted with staff was checking in and going for a subpar breakfast. The staff clearly did not want to be there. No option for someone to clean the room. Barely any soap left in the bathroom. You’re stuck emptying your own trash because no one else will do it. Very limited security. Anyone can walk in to the hotel off the street and no one will bat an eye. Steps are the only way to the rooms. Don’t bother to come if you’re disabled and can’t make it upstairs. None of this was made known beforehand.

I gave the hotel a 4 stars because there’s only 3-4 parking spots so you world have to park in the street. Otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable. You will hear street noise.

The property was ideal for the price. It was clean and bed was comfortable. It also includes a nice breakfast. The negatives, I would say it was a little noisy and the hot water was on and off at times. I would say it was ideal for the money.

Good for the money
For the price the place is good. The room was small but comfortable. AC worked well and there is a good size mini fridge in the room. Front desk staff were extremely nice. The negatives. My shower drain was very slow. The hot water goes from scolding hot to cold very fast. The noise of the street traffic is loud. Overall I would stay again.

Nice place, on a very busy and loud avenue.
It was a modern looking hotel, centrally located, with a nice modern room, and nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the a/c and everything else worked fine. However, it was on a very busy street, with lots of traffic in front of the hotel, and also coming down the side street at all hours of the night. I had a corner room, although I had asked the clerk for a "quiet" room, and could hear the loud traffic too easily. So, sleep was a bit tough, for a light-sleeper like myself.

Great hotel staff and cleanliness. Not much parking and on busy street. Cuban Grill restaurant is very close and very good! Clean, safe and convienient….I would stay again.
