"The staff has minimal communication skills. The room I was given had a dirty clogged bathtub and broken furniture. We were given a new room after being questioned if we clogged the bathtub. Sketchy people rent rooms for longer stays. The pool is drained. Overall pretty dirty. You get what you pay for. "

"Rooms are extremely outdated and smell like dirty bacteria. Pillows and sheets has stains - called the office and they said to go downstairs and get them myself if I wanted them. I was overcharged for my stay compared to what I booked on Expedia - when I went downstairs to talk to someone at the front desk, nobody anywhere so I asked the lady working the kitchens and she tried to go find someone for 10 mins and then came back and said oh they must BOTH be outside. No room cleaning. Wouldn’t stay there again. Gross and dirty. "

"My room was exceptionally clean and quiet! Parking was great and was easy access to my room which was very important to me being a single senior traveling alone. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had great attitudes. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely be back."
