"This is more of a motel than a hotel. Everything is rundown. The staff is mediocre when you can even find them. The pictures are very deceiving. I thought I was staying in a nice Marriott, but this was more like a Motel 6 at best."

"Nice single night stay. We arrived early and inquired whether we could check baggage or if any rooms were prepared, the staff was polite enough to explain neither option was capable however we could park while we left the property for the better part of the day. Everything was clean. Check in and out went smoothly. Location was extremely convenient. I used to work in the area and it was not the best, but this hotel has gone to lengths to improve the ambiance. They also provide a coupon for the Denny's restaurant next door. If you are seeking a luxurious stay in a resort I recommend looking somewhere else, but if you just want a good night's rest and feel safe for a couple days this joint excels. I didn't enjoy the pool, but it looked nice and maintained. "

"Everything is the best when I stay at any Embassy suites. Appealing structure, friendly staff, awesome views inside and outside the hotel. My kids loved the hotel arcade. Breakfast is always served fresh, very delicious buffet style. I sleep like a baby here!"

"I did not like the front office staff saying that the check out is at 10:30 AM. The website and my reservation on Expedia had it as 11:00 AM. Even a five star hotel does not say 10:30 check out. Misleading information pressurizing me to check out by 10:30"

"The restaurant next door was closed down. The parking was 'completely' full at 9pm, there was literally no place to park - had to park on the street. When I came in with a late dinner and went to my room, the key didn't work. The young woman at the counter was weird when I asked for my keys to be reset (I had my keys), she took a long time and then said she needed to check my reservation again. I had been there the night before, and my stuff was in the room. It felt weird, like I was suspicious. She could have handled it better."
