"Horrific place. Not clean, gaping holes in the walls, front door did not fit allowing wind and the possibility of small rodents to enter, worn furniture, baseboards dirty. I want my money back!"

"Staff was welcoming and friendly. Loved that they had shuttle service to and from the parks. The room was cleaned but it had a musky smell, maybe because the air wasn't on. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. Furniture and bathroom is dated. It would be better if they updated the bathroom, furniture and add usb outlets. The beds are older but they were comfy to me. Housekeeping comes to clean the room every 3 days but if you need garbage out the room or fresh towels & washcloths you have to call the front desk. Our tub stopped up everytime we took a shower and the sink had a leak around the knobs so we had to wipe the counter with towels in the morning. That morning before we went to the parks we told the front desk about the problems in the room and that we need fresh towels and the garbage taken out. They said they'll have someone to look at the tub & sink & send up fresh towels. Later that evening I received a call from the hotel & she said they were moving us to another room so when we come back stop at the front desk. We returned around 10:30pm. I told the gentlemen what the front desk said earlier. He looked at his computer and said that they fixed it and we don't have to move to another room. We got to the room and they did not clean up after themselves! There was caulk in the tub and dirt. Thank God we brought some clorox wipes, dawn liquid and lysol. My niece cleaned the whole bathroom! I think we'll be staying at a Disney hotel our next visit."

"Elevator was broken, had to walk around to the stairs, not fun when you come in from all day at Disney tired. They have breakfast but it over at 9 AM they didnt tell us check in the times, so we missed it. Room is nice, TV could be bigger in my opinion. Nice area, very quiet, sort of warehouses around you, so no homeless or sirens. As always, the AC a little loud but that is at every hotel. Not bad place to spend the night. "

"My family and I stayed in a suite that had three beds and one sofa bed. It also included a fridge and a microwave, which was very convenient. We spent most of the day at Disneyland, so the suite was perfect for coming back to shower, relax, and get a good night’s sleep. It was clean, comfortable, and offered a great affordable price."

"We stayed for a hockey game. The property was walking distance from the Honda center which was a huge plus, however the cleanliness of the room was less than desirable. There was spider webs all over the room and bathroom. Stains a burns marring the carpet as well as rust in and around the tub drain and faucet. The amount of dust the has compiled on the door jams and windowsills was immense. The room was lacking bath towels and the hot water did not work in the shower. It was quite hard to feel comfortable in this space. The employees were super nice and very helpful. That being said we will be looking for other accommodations the next time we come for a game. "
