"Junior suite that wecwere in had a stupid shower unit placed in the middle, spilling water everywhere.
Breakfast was fresh but outdoor service pitifully slow. Had to make a take-away arrangement with the helpful concierge to tie in with a taxi pick-up."

"We had a wonderful experience here. Check in was very easy and smooth. The location was right in the city center which allowed for easy site seeing and walking to food/shopping. There is a cable car a short walk away that takes you to the beaches. The hosts were very nice and helped us with booking a car. This felt very safe as you had multiple keys to get access into the building and the room. I feel a solo traveler would be very safe with this hotel."

"The perfect stay in the quaint lovely small town of Castliglione de Sicilia. Great location if you’re going to hike Mt Etna. Comfortable clean rooms with gorgeous views from the rooms and communal rooftop. Highly recommend if you want a quiet more local stay."
