"When we placed the reservation for a room with a balcony, it never mentioned NO SMOKING. Until we arrived on the property, did we find out it was a NO SMOKING facility. Should make that clear up front."

"The property itself was nice and well kept by maintenance, but I cannot say that about the rooms the ceiling tile was coming down in the bathroom. The bathroom had a sewage smell.
