"I stayed in a king bed room for 2 nights since I was attending a concert at the Wiltern on Saturday and Sunday.
The hotel is a short walk away from the venue and is in a pretty good area. Area isn’t too shabby. The room was pretty quiet. There is street noise but you’re in LA, so it’s understandable.
The room was clean and a perfect size. Great views. AC worked great. WiFi was great too. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had ample counter space.
There’s a coffee shop downstairs in the lobby called Alfred’s Coffee. Very good coffee. They also have an onsite restaurant and the room service food was absolutely delicious.
My only gripe is it’s valet only and $60 a night. Pretty steep. But I stayed for convenience. Valet was quick. Employees were friendly."
"My biggest complaint was I drive a Chevy Tahoe and pretty much had to valet Park because I could not actually park it in the parking garage provided. But your valet staff were top-notch and very professional."
"The staff was fantastic - very helpful and accommodating. The rooms that face the street can be really noisy - single paned glass and a loud club/bar right across the street, followed by early morning dump trucks. There are basically no amenities - an empty refrigerator and 2 plastic cups. Nothing in the bathroom besides towels and soap/shampoo/condition in the shower. Great atmosphere in the rooftop bar plus excellent bartenders!"
