The location was perfectly located right in the city & close to many places for eating, getting a drink, shopping or just walking the city and exploring all the charm of Genoa! Simona was the sweetest and so helpful with offering great sites to see & places to eat/drink. Very accommodating and eased all our worries with getting to the city from the airport & finding the guest room. Hoping to return for...

"Everything was great. The only issue was that we tried to order two glasses of wine from the bar next door and they said we could carry them to our room but then they wanted to charge us the room service price. Carrying drinks from the bar to our room was not actually room service so I feel like they were trying to get more money out of us unnecessarily. So we purchased wine at a store elsewhere. Otherwise everything was great."

"Kamer was ruim, schoon, had een vide met bed voor een derde persoon (ook heel ruim), modern ingericht (beetje Ikea stijl) en een keurige badkamer. We mochten gebruik maken van zitjes op de gang en koffie en thee faciliteiten en het ontbijt was uitgebreid met zelfs verse jus d'orange (waar vind je dat nog). Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas misten wij op onze kamer: een koelkastje, een bureau of iets dergelijks om je spullen op te leggen, een kast(je) (er was wel een klein...

"Best breakfast buffet we've had in Europe. The whole facility was extremely clean and the spa was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our requests, such as a late check out. It was a wonderful stay."

"I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊 "
