Helpful staff at the front desk, excellent breakfast and good working AC! Having a fridge in the room was a plus! The only downside was the not very convenient situation with the parking, you have to park at the nearest parking across the street.

This hotel is perfectly located on a beautiful and busy street (but there wasn't issues with sound). You walk out and immediately are on a main shopping strip. This location is also a couple minutes from the bus stop, which made getting around easy. You have to go up a couple steps then you can either take the stairs or the elevator (so glad it was working!!). Hotel reception is on Floor 1, our rooms were on Floor 3. Reception was very kind and helpful. We got the breakfast (which we don't typically do), but it was worth it. It was very simple, but very taste. The pastries and bread were fresh and the fruit was local and delicious. There was also yogurt, cereal, meat and cheese, and fresh juice. The rooms are pretty basic. We loved that the windows could open so you could hear the bell chimes and see the street. AC worked well, plenty of clean towels, bathroom was very clean. The bed is made with only sheets, but blankets are in the closet. There isn't much hanging space - not even for a towel, which would be more convenient to have (unless you want to hang it on a hanger in the closet). Space between toilet and sink is quite tight. Bed wasnt the most comfortable, but good enough.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Bel Soggiorno. The room was very clean and the location was just great. Just 7 minutes walking distance from the train station. The breakfast each morning was really good as well.

Lovely central spot in Genova

Lovely room with amazing balcony over the Main Street. Helpful staff and good (and value for money) breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Only suggestion is to check out the shower settings as ours periodically went cold.

My room with a lovely balcony overlooking Ave XX Settembre exceeded my expectations. Because of the double paned glass in the very tall doors, there was no street noise. My room was was spacious and most delightful. The hotel staff was the best!

The location of this hotel is amazing and the hotel room was very nice and clean. The bed was a bit hard on our hips, but besides that everything was great. The luxurious room, the smart tv and kind personnel enhanced our stay. We read a few reviews about this hotel and a lack of privacy in the shower. We did not experience this at all, our bathroom was perfectly private

Breakfasts basic, first day had to wait for tables, didn't get a plate staff were overwhelmed other days better. Noisy building work started in shared building at 08:15 every day.. Shower very small and temperature uncontrollable. Hotel in shared building with doorbell access after 18:00. Well located on main shopping street near city centre.
