Lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile: un grazie speciale a Francesco e Sandra, davvero cordiali e simpatici, che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. "Es ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das einzigste was etwas negativ rüber kam, war das man die Klimaanlage nur 5 Stunden pro Tag gratis nutzen durfte. Jede weitere Stunde musste bezahlt werden. Bei den jetzigen Temperaturen, deutlich über 30 Grad ist es schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zumal der Preis für die Übernachtung das eigentlich hergeben sollte. Vielleicht sollte man es geschickter mit einkalkulieren. Ansonsten können wir diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall...

"Whilst the infrastructure and location were classic Tuscany, the hospitality (staff engagement & food) were underwhelming. It never felt welcoming & it was challenging to discern who were the owners, staff or guests. It was often unclear how their systems operated, ie how to purchase wine/drinks, when dinner or breakfast would be available & the service was extremely slow. We stayed for 3 nights & ate dinner there each night (meal ~€50 pp) as had been tempted by the photos of gorgeous food when...
