"This hotel is very close to the airport, restaurants and shops. The room was very spacious and the decor was great. It does provide free breakfast but we didn’t get to try it due to our early flight."

"Es un buen hotel, cuenta con lo necesario para hacer actividades sin salir del hotel a un precio razonable. En relaciòn al restaurante, los precios deben ser màs accesibles para los que se hospedan ya que todo queda lejos del hotel, recomiendo alquilar vehiculo. El desayuno buffet estuvo excelente. Por ùltimo y no menos importante, deben poner Aires acondicionados porque ir de vacaciones y tener que dormir con calor no es còmodo. Solo tienen un abanico de techo en el medio de la habitaciòn que el aire no llega a las camas. El personal muy atento, en especial el guia Carlos del recorrido a caballo."

"We loved our stay at The Palms! Overall, the hotel is very cute and clean. We really appreciated that the cleaning staff tidied our room for us everyday. The pool area was amazing and the location of the hotel could not be beat - just a 2 minute walk from the beach! We would definitely stay here again. My two recommendations for the room was that the walls could use some painting, there were some scuff marks. The room could also use more hooks, shelves, racks, and areas to hang and store items. Overall, very happy with the stay!"

"We absolutely loved Condovac the property was beautiful with an excellent view. It was my husband & my honeymoon & they made it very special for us. Our view from our room was spectacular. We did come to this all-inclusive with low expectations due to some of the bad reviews, but it absolutely surpassed our expectations. Because the low price we spent extra money to eat dinners at other restaurants along the beach for dinner. But our breakfasts & lunches were wonderful at the Condovac. The whole resort was almost empty & we basically had the pools all to ourselves!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. We totally enjoyed our week here. The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was great. The pool was great. The restaurant was wonderful. The chef quality food was awesome! We ate there every day. Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay there. We were in the area for our residency visa appointments. If we are back in the area again, we would stay there in a heartbeat. This is truly a hidden gem."
