Vi kommer ALDRIG igen

Dårlig indtjekning, forvirret kvinde, der ikke havde styr på ret meget. To værelser bestilt flere måneder forud blev i hver sin ende af hotellet , manglede hjælp til bagagen osv osvkode til dør skrevet på en lap papir, dagen efter virkede koden ikke. Sengetøjet var ikke skiftet, da pigen kom for st skifte mente hun ikke det var nødvendigt at skifte pudebetrækkene også!!!!!Badekarret beskidt.

The staff is poorly trained, they are not diligent to solve the problems or requirements.The hotel conditions are not the best, it is clear there is not enough maintenance. One day the bathroom in my room was flooded. the air conditioners don't work well. Carola is the only person who really could help me, I have to thank her for her support, I am sure she was doing her best.
