"Everything was great from a convenient and early check in, to round the clock coffee, and fresh fruit with the continental breakfast. House keeping staff were polite and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. A few minutes walk to the beach and a quick uber to downtown. Would definitely book again."

"I definitely recommend staying at Aviana Inn when visiting Santa Barbara. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very relaxing. They don't have breakfast buffet but they do offer a good selection of food and drinks in the morning which includes muffins, waffles, yogurt, cereals, orange juice, iced tea, etc. Coffee, hot chocolate, hot tea, hot water are available all throughout the day until midnight. You can get also get drinking water anytime so you won't have to buy water outside. Utensils are also available. They also have a good wi-fi connection so I was able to do my work which requires uploads and downloads. You can walk to the beach within 10 minutes. Liquor stores and groceries are within five to seven minutes walk. Restaurants are also within walking distance. When I visit Santa Barbara again in the future I will definitely stay at Aviana Inn again. I can easily say that I got more than what I paid for."

"This is a hidden gem in Santa Barbara. It is clean and well kept. I love the tranquil atmosphere it provides and was super happy to see the outside bar open this time. It was so relaxing to enjoy the weather, atmosphere, and a glass of wine outside."
