"We are a couple from Canada! The hotel location is fantastic, breakfast is the best, so much verities! My only downside was I had to cut short with my stay because of my partner’s medical emergency! We were planning to stay for a week, we actually did 3 nights there! I was hoping I could get partial refund back, 2 days before we checked out, we went to the front desk to let them know my plan was changed, hope partial refund, but they claimed it was booked through Expedia, we had to contact them!...

"The cleaning staff was excellent. The woman in the reception, her name is Carlota needs customer service training. She didn’t even lift her head or said hello when we arrived. I have stayed in this hotel Over 5 times and she an attitude"

"The hotel was under construction and the lobby was a mess. Also, the elevators were not working. The room was clean but the A/C never worked. This hotel was a bit disappointing, the only good thing I can say is that the breakfast staff was great."

"The place was great, the staff were very nice and gave us information to move around. The room was big and clean with a beautiful bathroom. The only inconvenience was, that there are 3 floors and lots of stairs and we struggled to carry our big luggages from Australia. So I suggest you to get the lower floors if you are coming with big heavy bags. Other than that it was a nice place to be, just a 10 minute walk to the beach. If you stay get the breakfast as well!"

"Stayed here regularly until 2019. Just back from a few days here and it retains the excellent staff but is really in need of a complete restoration. Parts of the hotel including our room were very tired looking. It reminds me of a hotel that would have been excellent 20!years ago and hasn’t had any improvements since. 2 very petty but really annoying changes since our last visit were that the pool bar no longer sells ice cream or large bottles of water. "Sehr freundlich- und hilfsbereites Personal. Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Klimaanlage im Zimmer war super. Kleiner Kühlschrank ebenfalls vorhanden gewesen. Allerdings sollte man sich sehr gut kennen und eher nicht mit Arbeitskollegen oder so ein Zimmer teilen. Es gibt kein extra abgetrenntes Badezimmer, keine Tür! Dusche und Toilette befinden sich quasi im Zimmer. Man hat also Zuschauer wenn man auf dem WC sitzt oder duscht. Von daher sollte hier schon eine enge zwischenmenschliche Beziehung...

"The owner, Jordi, and his staff went out of their way to help me. He gave me a ride from the train station to his nearby restaurant, where I had a fantastic dinner. Then he dropped me off at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk attendant was kind enough to drive me to the bus stop for my journey to Barcelona. I was most grateful to be spared a long walk. Muchisimas gracias a todos!"
