Excellent Hotel

Lovely hotel, extremely spacious rooms. Hotel is spotless but above all the staff are absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly from the reception to the restaurant, the entertainment staff and the barstaff. The food at the hotel is top quality with a wide selection. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place with nice staff. The rooms were fine. The food was okay but not anything special. We thought the intertainment in the evening was veey loud. We did not participate in the intertainment, but We could not have a conversation at the balcony when it was on.

Excellent or very good in all areas except food which was good. Grounds and room are clean, staff are friendly and helpful, great access to the beach and boardwalk shops, but the food is typical of any all inclusive... So so. Always decent options, but not Spanish restaurant quality. We had a car for the week and went to different beaches and had lunch at great little spots. Not enough to take away a star, beautiful island and place.

Ich kann nur Positives berichten. Sehr liebenswertes, freundliches.hilfsbereites Personal im gesamten Hotel. Das Buffet morgens, mittags und abends war sehr lecker und überaus vielfältig - so viel konnte ich garnicht probieren. Über die leckeren mallorquinischen Spezialitäten habe ich mich immer sehr gefreut. Super, dass man ein DZ als EZ bekommt. Die gesamte Hotelanlage gefällt mir sehr. In die farbenfrohe Blumenpracht und die schönen alten Bäume und Palmen habe ich mich regelrecht verliebt ❤️.

Im groben und ganzen war das Hotel in Ordnung. Allerdings wurde auf der Expedia-Seite versprochen, dass die Zimmer schalldicht seien. In Wirklichkeit ist es meilenweit davon enfernt. Zum Innenhof hin mag das für eine niedrige dB-Zahl stimmen, aber zur Flurseite hörte man den gesamten Lärm der Straße hinter dem Hotel mitsamt Müllabfuhr mitten in der Nacht. Wer also ruhige Nächte haben möchte, sollte ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Ich denke, dieser Ort ist ideal für Leute, die sie den ganzen Tag im Hotel bleiben wollen. Das Essen war ekelhaft und konnte vieles nicht essen. Das Frühstück war auch schlecht ich esse da nur Früchte und die Früchte die Angeboten werden waren bereits verfault. Ebenso beginnt frühstück erst um 8 wenn man morgens einen flug hat bekommt man keinen frühstück mehr über was sehr schade ist. Das Personal war schlichtweg in Deutsch Englisch und Spanisch inkompetent um einfache Fragen zu verstehen und zu beantworten. Falls Sie Freunde in einem anderen Hotel haben dürfen Sie diese nicht mit ins Hotel nehmen gemäss dem Hotel. Ich hatte ein Zimmer für 3 Personen und war im allein bezug und dies wurde mir strikt untersagt. Für diesen Preis gibt es schlichtweg bessere Hotels welche auch nach 12 Uhr nachts ruhe haben und nicht noch betrunkene beim pool chillen und rumbrüllen. Was spannend war, ist das man anhand des Armbands sah das es nicht nur mir das Essen nicht geschmeckt hat. Es gibt in der Umgebug sehr gute Restaurants preislich ganz ok dafür ist man satt und isst etwas gutes. Das warmwasser war komischerweise auch begrenzt es ging knapp eine minute anschliessend war das wasser wieder kalt. Hätte ich den Aufenthalt nicht bereits vorbezahlt wäre ich früher ausgecheckt und in ein anderes hotel in der Umgebug.

- sehr Nahe am Meer (Wasser glasklar, Sandstrand) - Essen reichhaltig - Getränke in All inclusiv leider nicht wirklich gut, weder Kaffee, noch Wein, noch Cocktails - keine Meersicht vom Hotel aus, alle Zimmer zum Innenhof, dadurch mit der Abendunterhaltung sehr laut - sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - sehr grosse Zimmer, sehr sauber
