"I booked and paid for my one night more than six months ago. A few days before my arrival I wrote to the hotel and informed them of my arrival time. I received an answer back telling me that I would be welcomed at that time. However, standing at the reception in the evening at my arrival, I was informed that I had no booking at the hotel. I showed the receptionist my confirmed booking. I showed proof of my payment. And I kept getting the same response: “You don’t have a booking, and there is no...

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

Frequently asked questions

Can I find a holiday rental in Sansa?

Yes, there are holiday rentals close to the most popular sights in Sansa, or you can select a more secluded option if you're looking for a relaxing stay.

What can I see and do in Sansa?

While exploring the area, visit family-friendly sights like Les Bains de Llo, or get outside and enjoy nature at Regional Park of the Catalan Pyrenees. Lac de Matemale and Parc Animalier des Angles en Capcir are a couple of places you'll find in the wider area.

What are holiday rentals like in Sansa?

Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Sansa. Holiday rentals offer amenities such as patios, hot tubs and fire pits so you'll feel just like you're at home. If you're concerned about cleanliness, holiday rentals can offer a sense of security away from public hotel lifts and busy reception areas while still allowing you the experience of travel. You'll also find more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is a popular choice for family gatherings.
