We were surprised that the sheets and pillows were provided separately and we had to put them on ourselves. The pillows were low quality and flat. The location is convenient though not walkable to a lift. The pool closes at 19:00 so don’t expect to go after dinner.

Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. Worst thing about it was the fact that the place had clearly not been cleaned properly. It was really dirty. There was supposed to be a vacuum cleaner in the building (as per the notification in room) but there was nothing. We brushed and cleaned the floor but when we went to check out, they told us the vacuum was at reception so we had to go back and hoover. No issue with doing this but the fact that the room was not clean when we arrived meant I was unimpressed with needing to go all the way back to the room to complete this job. Location is good, right next to the slope and a small drive from the gondola and lifts. Parking was also good, with plenty of room. All in all, a very bad experience and we will not stay again.

Bueno, el departamento no estaba tiene cocina vitrocerámica, nevera, microondas, agua caliente, calefacción a tope osea que calienta bastante bien las que hay, las vistas fueron un poco justos pero podia apreciar algo del valle. El acceso a las pistas de ski nos quedaba a unos 10 minutos caminando y en coche a 2 minutos. Estan super chulas y el.costo no es muy caro.

Sejour tres agréable

Nous avons passé un super sejour. Venus sans connaitre la region, le Directeur et sa femme nous ont donné de nombreux conseils pour decouvrir le coin. Conseils tres utiles qui nous ont amené sur de très belles randonnées. Très humains et accueillants ce fut un plaisir de passer du temps a discuter avec eux. Concernant le logement, très belle vue sur le lac et bon rapport qualite prix.

Appartement convenable. Petite remarque dommage que la salle de bain ne soit pas rafraîchie car la baignoire est vraiment mayen avec des taches de rouille, et un mitigeur branlant. coté douche pas de rideaux du coup moisissure sur les murs est de l'eau partout des la première douche. Suelo sucio sin fregar. Ruido toda la noche extractor cocina y en pitido cada minuto del sensor anti incendios. Increíble que esto suceda. Te dicen que les bajes la basura y las sábanas a recepción al marchar. Es deplorable. Menos mal que solo habíamos reservado una noche!! Lo único bueno que tiene es que esta al lado de pistas, pero no merece la pena. Un suspenso total!!!

Café dans le filtre de la cafetière, une bonne cuillère d’huile dans la poêle, des morceaux de fromage collés dans les assiettes, de grosses traces noires sur le radiateur de la salle de bain… Des locataires précédents sûrement négligeants mais personne derrière pour rectifier… Les lits superposés directement dans la pièce de vie… Logement décris pour 6, heureusement que nous n’étions que 4, on passe à peine à table. Un peu déçus à l’arrivée…

Logement un peu vétuse mais propre et confortable. Accueil tres sympa. Matériel à dispo (raclette, aspirateur, grille pain, luge ...) Appart pour 6 mais à 4 c'est bien parce qu'à 6 cela aurait été un peu juste même si c'est normal pour un appart au ski. Belle vue sur le lac de Matemal.

Residence loin des commerces et commodités et Service pas a la hauteur du prix...il faut aller chercher les draps a l accueil qui est loin du logement, faire les lits, le ménage de la cuisine (alors que la description intégre un ménage), pas de local poubelle dans l hotel (obliger de jeter les poubelles dans les containers de la ville), parking insufisant (obliger de se garer dans la rue)...bref...on est loin d un appart hôtel traditionnel mais plus sur une location entre particuliers...cher pour le service et les contraintes
