"10's across the board. I stayed here for a few nights on our trip to Cedar Point and honestly I can't imagine going anywhere else on future visits. To begin, this location is a 6-minute drive from the park. The room was very reasonably priced, clean, and contain pretty much everything you will need including a blow dryer, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and a clothes steamer. That bed was comfortable but did have some sort of polyester sheets which as a hot sleeper kept me a little warmer than I would have liked. When I decided to extend my stay by one night, Omar was extremely helpful and made the whole process a breeze. Give this man a raise. I will be back."

"I usually don't do reviews so if I'm doing one you know it was rough When we got to the hotel are bed was hard as a rock like you couldn't even lay on it that plus all the noise complaints they did however move us rooms for a much more comfortable bed so I'll give them that but all around terrible stay"

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Sandusky near Cedar Point

"We got this hotel so we could spend the night before going to Cedar Point. This hotel was a fifteen minute drive from the park and had lots of food options nearby. It was a good value for what we paid (very inexpensive). The rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the showers. Plenty of places to plug in phones and nice pictures in the room. Breakfast was as expected. The make-your-own cinnamon-apple waffles were excellent. Yogurt, sausage patties, toast, bagels/cream cheese, muffins, coffee, and cereal were fine (hard to mess those up). Eggs were likely powdered and sub-bar. The place could have used some all-around maintenance. The carpet in the halls and stairway area was very dirty and some of the paint was peeling in those areas too. There was a hairdryer in a bag in the room, but it was the kind that is supposed to be mounted on the wall, which the hotel never bothered to actually attach to the wall, so it was awkward to use. There's a train nearby and the noise of it woke me up a couple of times. Not at all fancy or luxurious in any way, but fine for just a place to sleep."
