The staff was great - friendly and accommodating. Our hair dryer didn’t work, our key cards quit working, and we were only given one set of towels; which were all annoying, but quickly remedied by staff.

The hotel is rather small, but everything was just right. The clerks were extremely friendly and helpful, and the pool was wonderful! Breakfast was also very good. We would stay there again.

The check-in was quick and easy. Had an issue a couple of times with the room keys but the staff was quick to fix it. The staff responded quickly to a special request. The hotel was clean and the room was comfy. Breakfast was just ok but met our expectations. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The pool and the hot tub were fantastic. Clean, comfortable, but not SO much chlorine that you can't breath. The hotel is aging so don't expect plush new amenities but the hotel is VERY well kept and taken care of.

I really liked the place however the breakfast bar wasn’t as nice as others. No fruit except an orange and scrambled eggs with stuff mixed in and sausage everyday there. 3 days. I usually stay at holiday inn express the breakfast is really good.

A little understaffed (went in for check in and nobody was at the front desk, other guests already waiting to check in, tried the front bell but apparently it was broken; finally had to call the hotel’s front desk number and tell them we were in the next room waiting to get registered). Other than that issue, everything else was fine. Accommodations were clean, tidy, efficient. Property was quiet and enjoyed the pool facilities. Free breakfast was fine and filling, good value. Would recommend if staying in Norwalk.
