I loved the decor and ambience food was delicious and flavourful. I loved the breakfast and the dining area it is unique and welcoming. Lauren was so helpful at breakfast. Staff were smiley and accommodating. I will be back next time I go to Manchester. I enjoyed everything the Hotel had to offer. It exceeded my expectations. I had seen it on Four in a bed a few weeks ago and decided to try it out wasn’t disappointed it was fab

Accommodation was of a high standard and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Will be visiting again.

Central location in Sandbach, with easy walk to coffee and markets. Easy access to motorway as well as the town. The staff are responsive and eager to please. The kitchen makes an excellent Eggs Benedict for breakfast! Weak points: rooms are smallish and do not offer individually controlled HVAC. Also, parking is tight and it is tough to find a spot in the evenings. Overall, a great place to stay in Sandbach.

Bed so comfortable room nice and warm but had a fan which was very quiet if required. Coffee hot water machine excellent. Everything you need was there , shampoo body wash soap hand cream hairdryer ironing board iron safe Breakfast excellent staff very friendly

Lovely hotel with pleasant staff. Our room was up on the top floor with no lift and a steep set of stairs. As we are in our late 70s it was a struggle and it would have been desirable to have had help with our bags. No air con and VERY hot! However a lovely place with nice staff and delicious food.

Wheatsheaf stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Our experience was amazing. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate. Especially when I found out too late that I had booked the wrong dates. They rebooked without question. So understanding.

Nice stay
Was good , slight niggle. I had to eat in a separate area more like a bar which was only counter service , apart from that food was excellent and service friendly and efficient . Also who knew Sandbach was a lovely little town -go and see

A lovely stay
Myself, my Husband and my Mother stayed here on Saturday. We were very impressed with the room and facilities available. (Safe, robes slippers, iron and ironing board). The weather was extremely hot that day and an electric fan had been put in the room which was a huge comfort also the French doors onto the balcony were a Godsend. The staff were always available and very friendly and polite. We didn’t have an evening meal here as we down for a family party but we had a couple of drinks outside which was very pleasant and there was a nice choice of items on the menu for breakfast. It’s a lovely building, beautifully decorated and we will definitely stay again.

Excellent stay at the Wheatsheaf. I was made very welcome, the room was very clean and comfortable. Food and service was exceptional. Overall great value for money and will be back.

A very pleasant stay, easy going very helpful staff. Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed and very clean room. The only thing I would change is the coffee machine it was very noisy and didn't always work, Kettle would be better. But overall very good

Glasgow to london trip ideal stop
I stayed twice once on Thursday the 6th April and once on the 10th April. Both stays where great and ideal as i was traveling from Glasgow to London and wanted a perfect place for breaking the journey, I have electric car and the hotel let me use their electric car charger which was a bonus
