"We arrived at 11:00pm had a child with us, we had booked a room which stated it sleeps 3 people however the receptionist refused our stay. And said the room was only allowed to hold 2 guests. We had to walk down the mountain and walk around all evening to find somewhere to sleep ."

"First impressions on arrival were 'Wow this place is very nice' The staff were immediately helpful and spoke excellent English. Our room was spotlessly clean and looks like it's been refurbished recently. The bed firm but comfortable. I didn't watch the TV but a large one is there if you need it. ..."
