"We had friends staying across the street, so it couldn't have been any more convenient for us. But the owners absolutely make this place. I'm not sure they ever sleep, but we appreciated it. They chatted with us over coffee in the morning and the extra couple of lemoncellos before bed. Had figs from the garden for breakfast. Lovely view of the water. As I would say with most of our hotels in Italy, if you're looking for Houston or Miami hotel level of AC, you'll be disappointed. LOL. But...

"Quite simply, extraordinary. This beautiful hotel is a hidden gem. Family run by Luigi and his adult children, they take service to a new level. By far the cleanest hotel we have ever visited in 40 years of world travel. Anything you need, they will provide. Exquisite dining on the rooftop patio. "This is an ideal place to stay in Positano—close to the main area, yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The accommodation was immaculate, set in a stunning location that offers breathtaking views of Positano. "Most amazing hotel and views from our balcony! Positano is stunning and we could not have picked a more magnificent spot. Getting off the ferry (which is absolutely the easiest way to arrive) we had a short walk over a small walking bridge and no stairs to the hotel.
