"Our stay started out a little rocky. The room that we were given wasn't to the standards that me and my wife are accustomed to, when we brought our concerns the management they quickly came up with a solution. They found two more rooms that they allowed us to choose from that better fit what we expect out of a hotel. The cleaning staff was amazing and what ever we asked for was quickly delivered to us. I can not say enough about how great the staff treated us from the front desk to the cleaning staff and evening the maintenance crew that came to help show us how to work the TV. We would definitely stay at the Mayan Princess again."
