"The property is beautiful but I feel as though the cost does not match the experience. The pool is basic and average. They advertise their private beach but made it difficult to access. They were having engine problems with their boat and didn’t properly communicate the wait time so I waited time waiting patiently just for them to admit that they would not be able to take me over there. The manager never really had answers for any questions/issues happening on the property. The wifi on the property didn’t work during my stay. "

"The hotel was about a 5 min walk from the SPR airport so we opted to skip day 1 of the golf cart rental and walked to the hotel. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk to the park and San Pedro sign where my daughter convinced us to bring her to play each day. The photo provided of the room accurately depicted our room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to our needs. The manager (Melanie) went above and beyond to help us with securing tours and recommendations for our outings and she never missed! The location was ideal as it’s located right downtown, walking distance to everything we needed. We found parking on the street along the front for when we didn’t need to use our golf carts. The beach view was beautiful waking up to every morning. It’s a great hotel if you have a lot of activities planned and don’t plan to spend much of your time there outside of sleeping. They don’t have fridges or coffee makers however they provide coolers to keep in your room to your items cool. I would recommend travelling with a travel kettle or there’s coffee shops to choose from across the street. "

"Great location, always an ocean view! The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and always accommodating. The onsite restaurant and bar were awesome, open to the beach with excellent food and drinks. Alex and Anna were friendly and helpful and gave great service! The pool is a little small. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!"

"Beautiful ocean view was first thing I noticed when I walked in! I love the balcony, even came with a hammock. Suite had everything needed to prepare a meal, even salt and pepper, full stove, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans…everything you could possibly need. Very spacious, although I spent most of my time in the hammock looking at the ocean. Wonderful view to wake up to each morning."

"The amenities were misleading. It said pool but, only had access to a pool which had a daily charge to use at the neighboring Best Western which was nice. Also mentioned having a beach bar but the villa was nowhere near the beach. Construction in front of the villa caused a lot of dust "

"Property was amazing! The staff went beyond for me after leaving my swimsuits and Stanley cup (gift from my kids) back on the Mainland. They did everything possible to make sure I got them back! Pool and beach view was amazing! Food was delicious! I can’t remember the bartender name but she is a young melanin skinned pretty young lady. She made the first best impression my first night there! She definitely needs recognition!"
