"The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. "Bien situé Staff accueillant et répond aux questions Chambres européennes, donc ça va vraiment la peine de payer pour les chambres doubles et/ou supérieures On entend un peu les passages dans les couloirs ou quand les voisins de chambres ouvrent leurs portes, mais y a d'autres hôtels que c'est pire Chambre assez propre, mais un peu sombre. Pour quelques nuits, comme max 2-3 nuits, bon choix"

"Location is excellent. Hotel was just average and over priced in my opinion. Rooms need updating. The carpets are pretty filthy in our room which was room 105 a king suite. The shower didn’t drain well and flooded the bathroom. We called to have it fixed but they attempted to fix it but it didn’t fix it so to shower we had to turn the water on and off to prevent the shower from pouring over the edge and spilling onto the bathroom floor. The location is great in terms of beach access, walking the promenade and restaurants. The beach has large rocks and quite the drop off to get into the water. Killer on bare feet! We enjoyed out stay in Nice. The hotel is ok if you aren’t looking for luxury. It’s cleanish and is in great location."

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable, and everything was convenient and easy from check-in to check-out.
