Very clean, modern, nice sized rooms. Would have liked to see some grass area for dogs to pee. Only grass was fake grass in SLO ranch. Not the best place to see where kids play.

Our experience here was great! Staff was friendly, place was very clean and the rooms were perfect for our family of 4. Beds were a little firm for our liking and seemed more like full size than queens. But the location was great and the overall stay meet our needs. We will be back again!

There is SLO ranch walking distance from the hotel with live music, eateries, market, and pub. Not much else around property. Breakfast was decent. Staff (Sahar) was very helpful. Only negative was some other staff member on second day made a fuss about giving a water bottle even though i am a silver marriott bonvoy member. Overnight parking for $15 is excessive given the room prices, otherwise good stay

This was our second stay here in 3 months, and it will continue to be a hotel of choice when going to SLO. The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to great spots to grab a quick meal. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful, from the bartender to the front desk to the maintenance workers. The lobby and bar are set up perfectly for spending time with friends (perfect for groups traveling together, as we have both times we've visited). The room itself is roomy and well-maintained. Also, it's pet-friendly with many cute pups staying there (a plus for us, and it worked well to bring our furry friends along). We'll be back!

Conveniently located by the food court/food hall, with pool and fire pits and bar downstairs. Descent daily breakfast. There was just one day when were there, a big group was being too loud with music almost the entire day at the pit area. Wish the management/security would stop them especially after 8-9pm when few of us need sleep.

The room (ADA) was spacious so it was easy to get around in- and the bed was very comfortable- but the amenities were unimpressive. The bare minimum was provided in terms of toiletries, or coffee/tea supplies, etc- and many ordinary items like a shower cap, lotions, hand soap, ceramic coffee mugs, etc were not even provided (perhaps you had a request these items that are typically present, especially in nicer hotels). In addition, while the bathroom was large and had a bath with shower bench, the shower heads were not functioning correctly (buttons stuck on lower hand held device and upper head too high to reach to prevent it from spraying everywhere). And the shower curtain was too short to prevent water from going outside the tub making it unsafe getting out, even with a shower mat as it got soaked. Our room got moved missed for the scheduled refresh so we had to request clean towels, etc, once we got back in later in the evening. The breakfast was nice and the staff were pleasant. Overall, we would not return considering the issues and the price.
