"We were very impressed with how clean and well maintained the property is. The rooms are clean and most important for us was the beds were very comfortable. The beaches were clean and pools well maintained. Prime 787 was our gp to choice for meals. Surf and turf was my choice!"

"We stayed for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort grounds are spacious, so it never felt overcrowded. There are several dining options on the property, which was very convenient. However, if you'd like to explore restaurants or attractions outside the resort, you'll need a car, as there isn't much within walking distance. The location is excellent for visiting places like El Yunque National Forest and Luquillo Beach, both of which are only about a 10–15 minute drive...

"During my stay 5 nights / 6 days, they just make bed and replenish towels. No dusting or vacuuming. Unfortunately on last day I notice 3 roaches in bathroom, I took a picture and send email to manager. Breakfast is too early 6:30am - 9:30am being on vacations you have to get up early in order to have breakfast. Property is beautiful but so far from main tourist areas, either one, use Uber services or rental car. No close market or store to buy water or snacks. I wouldn’t return to this...

"Not at all what I remembered from staying here years ago. Service is very poor. Food is average. Hotel public areas need a lot of TLC. For what we payed, I don’t believe it is worth it."

Created a memory of a lifetime. Immaculate well appointed room with small heated pool on patio - only yards from a pristine beach. It also came with impressive spa facilities. LOVED IT!"
