Very clean room. Beach within walking distance along with many different places to eat. Only complaints were lack of towels and no full length mirror. Great place for a couple to stay!

this property is great for a couple, it’s nice, cozy and private, is is also really close to ocean park beach which is a really nice beach and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. definitely worth staying here and will definitely be back.

This review is for the upstairs location at City Beach Apartments (note that photos show both locations). This was a single room with a bed and futon, a small bathroom, and a small kitchen area. It was manageable for two people but a little cramped. The rooms are next to a restaurant, so there is noise and music all day and into the evening, but it was never excessive. There is street parking, and I was always able to find a spot relatively close. It was a short drive from the airport and provided easy access to other parts of San Juan and eastern Puerto Rico.

I really enjoyed my stay at City Beach Apartments. The apartment is in a great location in a cool neighborhood with so many restaurants and bars. The apartment is cozy and has everything I needed for my stay.
