This may very well be the best boutique hotel we have stayed at in 35 years of global travel. The owners, Fred and Teresa were wonderful, the hotel has an amazing history and the renovation is just amazing. It was quiet, safe and isn’t a very exciting and migrant neighborhood in old San Juan. It is a great starting place to explore the city.

This is one of the best stays I’ve ever been, i have been in luxurious resorts before, but this guesthouse has a very special vibes that warmed my heart. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends, and will be my to go when I come back. Location is in the heart of old san juan, next to good restaurants. The place is so clean and smells amazing, a thing that I always appreciate during my stay. Breakfast is so amazing, and best thing to start your day with.

The building and room were beautiful and right in the heart of Viejo San Juan. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower with good water pressure. Checking in and out was very easy. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Puerto Rico.

A Perfect Stay in San Juan! I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of San Juan and within walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants, historic sites, and local attractions. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The cleanliness throughout the property was exceptional. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It’s clear the staff takes immense pride in keeping the hotel in top condition.
