Interesting hotel, Roman theme. The room was clean, spacious, and maintained. Had nice window curtains and a head sculpture overlooking the bath tub. Sink area had plenty of counter space. Had a nice view of the church. Elevator worked well. It's walkable to the church but there is a huge hill you have to walk down. We always took a taxi back, 60 pesos. The folks were very friendly and helpful. The bed was firm but bouncy. There was a vending machine that had water.

Too far from city center. To get to the city center you had to walk up and down hills on the streets.The air conditioning did not work. in the room that we were initially given We reported the issue to the receptionist. She indicated she would send some to fix it. We waited for 30 minutes. No one came. I went to personally speak to the receptionist. She informed me I had to wait for almost 4 hours for someone to come. I told her this is totally unacceptable. The room was to hot. I requested another room if they could not fix the air. Left the hotel to go out for dinner because the restaurant in the hotel was closed. Another bad point. When I returned to the hotel I was informed the air conditioner was fix. After 15 minutes it broke again. I informed the receptionist.Sge assigned me another room. The air conditioner worked in the new room. Later that evening I noticed that the Bathroom was dirty there was white dust in different areas of the bathroom and on the carpet in the sitting area of the Bedroom. I reported it and asked the recetionist to please clean the room. They claimed they cleaned it some of the areas were cleaned. There was still dust in other area. So the air conditioner issue, restsurant closed, dirty room and bad location. I will never stay or recommend this hotel. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

La habitacion cómoda, limpia. El personal muy amable. El servicio de cable pésimo, se reportó y mencionaron que asi de mala es la señal que les envía IZZI. Tienen una bonita terraza pero tienen un nido de buitres negros y no los han podido erradicar, les puedo enviar fotos si gustan.

La persona de recepcion (viernes 7pm, 5 dic) muy atenta y sevicial. La habitacion muy limpia y super comoda(513) y con una bonita vista de la ciudad, y a 600mts de la catedral. Volveria a reservar y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Un hotel situado cerca de la carretera o boulevard, lo que conlleva ruido por los vehículos que transitan. El hotel está mucho muy tranquilo, buen lugar cerca del centro y de la central camionera. Muy bonita la temática de la habitación pero lo malo es que la TV es de tamaño más pequeña que lo habitual, los canales se miran bastante mal y para ver la TV debe ser solo desde el sillón porque desde la cama no se puede mirar. La cama estuvo cómoda. Fuera del detalle negativo de la TV, en general estuvo buena la estadía ahí.
