Stayed here on the first night of my trip, arrived late in San Jose. The airport shuttle was great at getting me to the hotel without navigating taxis late at night. Breakfast buffet the next day has a good amount of options - staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Reception desk staff was professional and all the hotel staff were friendly. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Great location from the airport although we had to wait 30 minutes for the hotel shuttle.

Only thing was the agent checking in was in a rush. Didn’t give time for me to ask anything or put away my wallet or documents while at the count and he was already rushing and talking to the customer behind me in my face.
