"3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself"

"Easy check in upon arrival. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was a solo traveller and booked bed and breakfast. Room was clean and tidy, I like a cold room and was pleased I could make it very cool. Used the sheet on the first night and the duvet after that which was in the wardrobe with spare pillows but I had plenty on my huge bed. The view of the bay is stunning as all of the rooms overlook the beach and indeed the hotel’s beautiful gardens. "Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Only issues were the pool areas are way over crowded so unless you are there at opening time you won’t get a space and if you do your packed in like sardines. The check in and check out process took way too long and felt complicated. The gym was great but had no AC which made it uncomfortable to train."

"Beautiful place and we really enjoyed our stay, but I would recommend making reservations for the SPA in advance. We arrived and were unable to use the SPA that afternoon and the following morning because they could not get staff. Other than that...a very nice place."

"The unique furniture and interior design were lovely, and breakfast in the courtyard was great. Since they don't use key cards, you have to leave your key at the front desk every time you go out, but the staff had a casual, friendly manner that was pleasant enough. I deducted one star because I could clearly hear the sounds of chairs being dragged and heavy footsteps from the floor above—even past 1:00 AM—and because the bathroom had a slightly unpleasant, musty smell."

"Good beach front location which has everything you need. Staff are helpful. Beach is stoney, not sandy, but excellent sandy beaches are a 20 min drive. Breakfast has good choice, but standard. The rooms and decor is dated. Swimming pool is Interesting but more like a paddling pool. After meal entertainment that has a Butlins feel, Spanish sryle! Think this hotel has real potential (eg rooftop bar) but needs investment."
