Lying staff and owner

We ended up missing our morning ferry to Ibiza as the car park shutters weren’t opening. We alerted the lady at the reception who was panicking and came with 4 different sets in which none Would open. After over a half an hour wait for engineers to arrive we eventually got the car on the road but when we arrived at the port we couldn’t board which ended up in us missing our scheduled meeting and we had to pay a fine and board the 17:00 ferry. We went back to sleep and checked out around 15:00pm the lady at the reception spoke perfect English but when we said we wanted compensating she said the owner didn’t speak English and that she had it sorted within 10 minutes which was a blatant lie. Overall the hotel was clean but resulted in us missing a very important day and cost us extra money for the ferry tickets the owner should of refunded our room cost and apologized.

Characterful venue in a good location within the town. Easy walking distance to the beach, castle, bars and restaurants. Noisy early mornings, soft bed and sheets only changed once during 7 night stay.

We had a lovely weekend staying at this quirky hotel. The position was great for getting around and was near our friends. Good restaurants nearby plus the Marina. The staff were very helpful and lovely. The hotel was shabby but comfortable although the street noise was a bit trying late and early. Would stay again plus it has parking as the local street parking is horrendous.

Lovely boutique hotel in an awesome town

Lovely boutique hotel I would recommend to anyone except those allergic to cats as they roam freely around the property. Great location.
