"This is actually the second time we’ve stayed within a month for more than three nights each. The room this time happened to be handicap accessible room, which I don’t see how it was accessible for them. The bathroom door only opens halfway therefore if someone was in a wheelchair which we weren’t, they would have to go around the bathroom door be facing the hall door and then try to turn around to go back into the bathroom. Also, there was no support under the freestanding toilet, which I’ve not ever seen before in a handicap room. There was no closet per se only a roll up freestanding piece of furniture. There was no extra space in the bathroom for storage of any sort as in a shelf.. also the fact that if you’re staying at the hotel, you don’t get a break whatsoever on parking or eating from their restaurant which to me should be an added plus to staying there whether it be a 20% discount or 50% discount. The first time we stayed in April the day seem to be much better and it was in a regular room with two queen beds, not a handicap accessible room.. the staff and HOTEL personnel were extremely warm and greeting and very helpful"

"It is a very average place to stay. Nothing wrong with it. The location was busy and you can walk to Chinatown. Compared with other options in the city, it would have been nice to have a few more amenities. But for the price, it was fine. I did think the staff could be a little friendlier. And I am not even sure what they offer if anything as the check-in process was not as friendly as in other hotels."

"I arrived about 2:30 PM. I was told that I would have to wait until 3:00 PM. This hotel posts quite plainly that check-in begins at 3:00 PM. When I got into the room, it was VERY MUSTY. The front desk was NOT holding the room until 3:00 PM to make sure that the room was in good condition for the next occupant! A couple of AC power outlets in the room need to be replaced. Sometimes my phone charger would not make sufficiently good contact to charge my phone. Sometimes the cord fell out of the socket due to gravity. (safety hazard?) The front desk gave me a password to use the wifi, but my phone said that the wifi was not connected to the internet. My car door was damaged by the door of a car that later in the night parked next to me. I was told: If you leave the room with valuable items inside, don't leave them on a table or in the dresser; lock valuable items inside the safe. "PLEASE LEAVE KEY N SAFE LOCK WHEN CHECKING OUR. THERE IS A $35 CHARGE FOR A LOST KEY." There was a safe in my room; however, when I first entered the room, the door to the safe was open, and there was no key in the lock. I do not yet know about the $35. When I came back to enter the room for the second night, my key card would not open the door. After he courteously verified that I am the customer renting the room, the agent in the office promptly and cheerfully replaced the card for me. Very good service. The bed was clean, well-made, comfortable. The bath/shower was fine."
