El personal de recepción encantador. Lo mejor del alojamiento. En los 4 días que estuvimos no cambiaron toallas ni limpiaron. Los apartamentos son antiguos. Necesitan reforma.

The building is old, is very disorganized, there is neighour drank and playing very loudy at 2-3am, could not sleep, no one controling the situation.

Buen estado de limpieza, personal amable y comunicativo, sitio tranquilo. No puedo recomendar que nadie reserve con desayuno, ya que te dejan un vale para que vayas a un centro comercial que abre a las 10:00, evidentemente ninguna de las tres personas que ibamos pudimos esperar a esas horas, dinero tirado.

Arrivé à l'accueil nous remarquons qu'il est fermé et devons attendre(bien que cela n'était pas précisé dans le contrat) nous revenons à l'heure indiquée et toujours personne...d'autres clients étaient là aussi. Le temps passe rien!!! Nous avons du téléphoner pour enfin recevoir nos clefs. Endroit très difficile à trouver malgré le GPS et le site est très triste hors saison...village fantôme ! Piscine barricadée on ne peu plus y accéder après le 15 septembre nous sommes le 16/9 et il fait 25 degrés. À part tout cela appartement très beau et confortable sauf pour les couverts...1 seule fourchette ! Mais l'agence nous a dépanné.

Atención muy amable del personal. Convenientemente situado encima del centro comercial. La piscina sin embargo estaba cerrada. La habitación está mal aislada del ruido. En general las instalaciones tienen sus años y requerirían una reforma (baño, etc)

Good place to stop whilst exploring multiple citie

Stayed here on the way through from Tarifa to Cadiz. Bit of an odd location but suited our needs. Apartment was comfrtable and there is a shopping mall right next door. If arriving in late I would advise getting dinner first. A little noisy in the morning, sounded like furniture being moved about. Reception is only open till 8 pm though so try to arrive before that, if not they do have a lock box with keys to access. Overall a fair stay from the price.

Het appartement heeft uutzicht op zee.Er onder ligt een winkelcentrum met een hele grote supermarkt. Het treinstation ligt op 5 min. Lopen en ald je de voetgangers brug aflooot kom je na 5 min lopen in het oude centrum van san fernando

Couldn’t find it to begin with. Air conditioner doesn’t work. Ash tray in my nonsmoking room. Exposed electrical circuit box and an inoperative outlet. Weird beds and I can go on and on.

I thought the property was quirky, had brilliant amenities and so close to the train station to go to Cadiz. Right in the centre of the shopping centre. It was clean and really quiet. The only down fall was the shower, no power. Could've had a better shower head and it would've been spot on!

Es un apartamento mono pero algo antiguo necesita reformas, las camas son muy incomodas los colchones para renovar. Piscina limpia y grande. No esta cerca de la playa pero lo compensa con la piscina.

Los estudios están muy bien. La situación buena, tanto para ir a pie o en coche al centro, playas, otras ciudades, etc. Muy tranquilos y conla ventaja de tener un centro comercial en los bajos de la urbanización. La piscina muy bien cuidada y el personal encantador. Solo le pondría la pega de que hay pocos utensilios de cocina, por ejemplo cubiertos o recipientes para guisar (solo una sartén enorme). En realidad, nosotros no los hemos necesitado demasiado, porque éramos dos y salíamos prácticamente todos los días a comer o cenar fuera. Otra cosa que quiero señalar: el personal de limpieza, por cierto muy amable, iba demasiado pronto al estudio. No pasaba nada, nos dejaban las toallas y ya está. Cambio de toallas, si queríamos, todos los días. Es comprensible, pero es que a algunas personas no nos gusta madrugar cuando estamos de vacaciones.
