Reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and very informative. We had a lovely stay in a 2 bed suite that was spacious, clean, and was all we needed. Great location and I am sure in the summer it would be extremely busy. All in all a great stay. Thank you.

The apartment was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The staff were lovely and it was a great location. The apartment was very sparsely fitted out and although the kitchen was of a good size the equipment (crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils) were inadequate and of poor quality. The TV was very small, not a smart tv and only had Spanish channels. The living room was not somewhere one would want to spend any time in.

There should be more kitchen equipment (water cooker, more glasses, etc.) in the apartments. Especially the missing water cooker was a bit molesting. Also the kitchen towels could be a bit bigger. All in all everything was very good.

Buen alojamiento, ubicación perfecta

Me he alojado solo una noche con mi pareja. La ubicación es perfecta, a dos minutos andando de la playa de la Barrosa y de bares y restaurantes, muy céntrico. La atención en recepción y en el restaurante, muy buena, personal muy amable. En mi caso, el colchón me resultó muy blando y me resultó difícil descansar, pero esto es una cuestión muy personal, que en cada persona será diferente. En general, un sitio limpio, bueno y bien ubicado si vas de playa y a disfrutar en Chiclana. Volveremos!

La única cosa que me gustaría señalar como algo que debería mejorar es la cama, me dabais la opción de 1 cama doble o individual y me pusisteis dos cañitas pegadas me supongo que sería la doble y el colchón bastante deficiente es decir, demasiado blando para mi gusto te sentabas en la cama y se hunde, en fin finalmente pude dormir aunque no descanse

El personal excelente, pero deben mejorarse algunos aspectos por ejemplo: la sábado de una de la cama presentaba un roto y pese a que se arreglo el cuarta al día siguiente no se cambiaron la sábanas. Por otro lado la placa ducha es demasiado pequeña, para personas de envergadura. En todo lo demás, excelente.
